Getting started is easy. You can simply call us to talk over your project or make an appointment for one of our experienced estimator-designers to visit you at your home or job site. After getting your design ideas and answering any question you may have, we will draw up a formal plan and job cost estimate for you to review.
A formal plan specifies exactly what work will be done for the price we quote you. This price will be fixed and will not change unless you agree to a change in advance. Typically, you would experience a cost increase if you change the plan or order additional work once work has begun. After an initial deposit, payments are made as the work progresses, with the final payment due only after final inspection by building officials (if the work is done under permit).
Once you agree to the plan and cost, you will be given a beginning and a completion date. You will be involved throughout the entire project, and you will find that we are quick to answer your questions.
We'll obtain all the necessary building permits and arrange for all required inspections. You will also receive a certificate of insurance from our agent showing that we have liability, accident and workman's compensation coverage required by law.
