Before and after. To create a warm, expanisve meeting room and dance floor for a school, partitions were removed and a wood floor installed.
To keep the screened-in patio below this deck dry, we first installed Firestone rubber roofing on the deck above and then laid rubber coated wood sleepers over it to secure the decking.
Detail of basement refinishing. In order to install a gas fireplace where no chimney exists, this fireplace is vented directly through the wall.
